2 bananas (organic if possible)
2 cups of low fat milk (use soy milk if you have a lactose intolerance)
2 ice cubes
2 pinches of ground cinnamon

Cut the bananas in small pieces and place them inside the blender.
Add the milk until you have a smooth and frothy consistency.
Add the ice and sprinkle the cinnamon. It is now ready to serve.
