Easy corn chowder

Try this delicious easy corn chowder recipe.

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes (diced and chopped)
1 medium chopped onion
2 cups of water
3 cups cream-style corn
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups half-and-half
ground black pepper

Directions
Mix potatoes and onions into a pot. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Pour in the water and corn. Continue to stir. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and cover pot. Simmer for 20 minutes and stir frequently until potatoes are tender.

Warm the half-and-half in a saucepan until it bubbles. Remove from heat before it boils and mix into the chowder just before serving.
