Easy desserts - try this delicious and exotic parfait made with tropical fruits. Serves 5 to 6 people. Ingredients 1 cup plain, fat free Greek yogurt 3 tablespoons of honey 2 1/4 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup papayas, cut into small pieces 1 1/2 cup of pineapples, cut into small pieces 1 1/2 cup mangoes, cut into small pieces 1 medium size banana, cut into small pieces 6 tablespoons low fat granola small amount of chopped almonds small amount of chopped walnuts Instructions combine the Greek style yogurt, honey and vanilla in a small bowl Mix the low fat granola with the chopped almonds and walnuts Layer the remaining ingredients in 5 or 6 glasses in this order: Banana pieces and yogurt mixture Papaya pieces and yogurt mixture Pineapple pieces and yogurt mixture Mango pieces and yogurt mixture Sprinkle the top of the glasses with the mixture of low fat granola, almonds, and walnuts Enjoy!
