Healthy Smoothies - This blended fruit smoothie will lower your cholesterol dramatically

<>There are a lot of healthy smoothies out there but the recipe below was recommended to my wife by a few people who claim their cholesterol and their blood pressure dropped dramatically after drinking it for 2 months.

My wife’s cholesterol level is sky high. She has a history of elevated cholesterol in her family and her healthy cooking habits are excellent. Yet, her levels remains elevated even though she has been a conscious healthy cook for years. She started drinking this healthy fruit smoothie and see if this does the trick. She even has me drinking it because my cholesterol level was borderline high last time I checked it.

Fruit Smoothie Recipe - makes 32 ounces
1 sliced fresh apple
1 banana
1 hand full of spinach
½ cup mixed berries (raspberries, blue berries, and Marion berries)
1 scoop of flax seeds
¼ of a lime
2 cups of water
Add whatever fruit you like after the above




Directions
Put all the ingredients above inside a blender and blend until a smooth consistency.
Enjoy!

It is recommended you use everything organic if you can afford it but, it will be a little more expensive.

Drink 16 ounces early in the morning and then drink the other 16 ounces between 10:30 and noon.

You must drink this healthy smoothie every day for 2 strait months for best results – non stop. Then recheck your cholesterol levels.
