Mango smoothie With Ginger

This mango smoothie with ginger is an excellent drink. It takes only a few minutes to make and it requires only a few ingredients.

Ingredients
(serves 2)

8 ounces of low fat vanilla yogurt
1 cup of no-fat buttermilk
2 pieces of ginger that weight approximately one ounce
2 ripped mangoes
1/2 cup of crushed ice

Mango recipe Directions
Peel the mangoes and cut them in small pieces.
Put them in the blender and puree them together with the ginger.
Add the buttermilk, yogurt, and puree until it gets smooth and frothy.
Add the crushed ice and then serve.
