This can help you prevent problems in the long run such as heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity which can lead to a heart attack.

You can still eat all kinds of foods (unless medically contraindicated) but in moderate amounts while paying special attention to high fat and high cholesterol foods.

Losing weight can be a challenge for most people but you can achieve success only if you set your mind. Start making small changes and make it easy on yourself. Start by going for short walks around the block or at the park. Cut down the time you watch TV and replace that time with activities such as gardening or washing your car.

Losing weight fast can also be a challenge. Some people want to lose weight NOW but when they do not see results they quit. Be patient, it will happen eventually if you stick with it.
