2. How qualified is the person who runs the program and the rest of the staff. What types of weight management training, experience, education, and certifications do they have?
3. How successful is the program and how long have they been in business.
4. What does the program offer? Does it offer counseling, classes, support groups?
5. Does it have any health care providers working closely within the program?
6. Does the program have an exercise program? If so, what kind of exercises?
7. How long is the program? Make sure you write all your questions before you inquire about the program so you don’t forget any details. Some people are successful at losing weight fast on their own and they keep it off for good. Others lose it but gain it right back.
